Certificate Of Authenticity is at times provided by a seller to the buyer to prove an item is authentic. Unfortunately anyone can make a COA, so be sure the seller offering such is a trustworthy and legitimate seller.

CGC
Certified Guaranty Company, a well-known, third-party, independent grading company for comics. Comics that are CGC graded are more sought after by collectors.

Paper or cardboard cut into figural shapes instead of a square or rectangle.
Dutch Auction
The seller has several identical items up for auction.
All winning bidders will pay the exact same price, no matter what their bid was. The price of the item
will be the lowest bid that is successful or a winning bid.

Embossed
Raised design on paper or cardboard.
Escrow
A transaction involving three parties -- buyer, seller and escrow company. Buyer pays escrow company and they hold the money until the buyer is satisfied with purchase, at that time they pay the seller.

Paper items that were not made to last, e.g. temporary pieces such as tickets, postcards, and advertising items.
Excellent Condition
This would be used to describe an item that is very close to mint, but might have been e.g. removed from the box or displayed, etc. Would have no flaws.
Ezine or E-Zine
Commonly refers to and can be considered an abbreviation for an online magazine. Ezines are typically free and are usually associated with a print publication.
