Upper Deck Hall of Fame Baseball

From

What’s there to say about Upper Deck Hall of Fame baseball that hasn’t already been said?

If you are an eBay junkie like I am, you’ve already seen the triple-autographs or the cut signatures with the jersey swatch, or the impressive selection of “1 of 1” cards this product has to offer.

But what you don’t see written in the eBay descriptions or the other reviews is the sheer amount of excitement that opening a tin of 2005 Upper Deck Hall of Fame baseball generates. Think of sinking your teeth into a piece of New York cheesecake or “chowing down” on a steak from Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

And while some of you may not have experienced either of the two comparisons above, just know this:

I have “chowed down” on a 16 oz. steak from Ruth Chris and had a fat piece of New York cheesecake for dessert, and I can tell you that all three are as legit as it gets.

So, take my word for it and run to your local hobby shop and pick up a tin of 2005 Upper Deck Hall of Fame baseball. Tins have been retailing in the $125-150 range at hobby shops and trade shows.

As for our break, we scored a 1 of 1 Carlton Fisk autograph and three serial-numbered cards, including an Eddie Murray card limited to 50 copies.

Now on to that cheesecake…
