The hot air balloons, city landmark buildings and the amazing designs of Michael Storrings are what has put Landmark Creations on the map of ornament collectors everywhere.
Recently I had a chance to visit with Michael at his New York City apartment and was delighted to find out more about the man behind these exciting pieces of art. I also met (up close and personal) Posey and Spencer, the two Pugs that inspired the City Dogs ornaments.

Landmark CreationsMichael Storrings' Scenes of New York City Collection are the most exciting of all the travel ornaments. The original 2005 pieces included Times Square and Central Park. There were also two exclusives for Saks in 2004 and 2005.

This particular ornament has been available for several years. In 2009 an Empire State Building bedecked for Christmas is being offered.
