Please don't do this when starting out. Take it from someone who has been there and done that.
When I first started collecting, cookie jars were not that plentiful in my area, so I got into the brain-set of, "if I could afford it, I would get it". The last five - seven years have seen an explosion of jars for sale and no one can afford to get them all. Okay, maybe you can afford them, but where are you going to put them all?
