When I was an early teen, my aunt gave me a record album, "Let's Go! With the Rooters". It was cheerleader cheers done to bad rock and roll.
My older sister had such fun with it at my expense that I saved it and wrapped it up for her the following Christmas. She would hide it in my room and I would find it and put it back in her car before she left to go back to college and so on. This went on for years and we had a lot of fun with it. I asked her a while back what ever became of it. She said she tossed it in the trash at a rest stop on I-81, on the way back to Virginia Tech.
Even as a bad gift, it was a gift that kept on giving in laughter. I read in a music magazine a few years ago that this album is now a highly sought after collectors item!
