Bubble/Water Tree

Before we ordered this unusual Bubble Tree I couldn't decide if it was going to be really fun or really tacky. Well, the fun part won out! Almost everyone who sees it loves it and I know of several guests who have already ordered one for their own home. My grandson turned to his dad and asked "why don't we have a water tree at our house".

The tube in the center contains five gallons of water (8' tree) and the colors change from clear, to green, blue and red. The one, very long, branch, spirals around the tube and hooks in at intervals. The tree is not difficult to assemble, but cumbersome. Two folks are definitely needed to handle it.

Decorating the tree is a challenge and although I've used outer-space type ornaments on the bubble tree this year, I'm not sure what will happen in the future. It needs a bit more thought, but I have 11 more months to think about next year's decoration.
