The International Perfume Bottle Association's 19th annual perfume bottle auction was held on May 1, 2009, in conjunction with their annual convention in New Mexico. Members in the not-for-profit organization collect perfume bottles and other related fragrance items.
The auction was conducted by Ken Leach of Perfume Bottles Auction, the only American auction company dealing exclusively with perfume, as well as the author of Perfume Presentation - 100 Years of Artistry.
