Collectible Disney Cookie Jar Gallery

Classic Disney characters bring joy to adults and kids alike, whether it be through inspiring childhood nostalgia or discovering these wonderful children's stories for the first time. Have these iconic characters in your everyday life by getting a collectible Disney jar to use in your kitchen or admire in a display case.

As in any collectible area, some are worth more than others on the secondary market, depending on rarity and condition. Vintage items that people remember from childhood routinely will go for more than items manufactured specifically to be limited editions and auctioned off a couple at a time, partially because the vintage items saw wear and tear, so pieces in prime condition have rarity and wide demand.

Manufactured collectibles, in contrast, are saved in perfect condition by collectors and don't have childhood nostalgia of the masses associated with them or receive use, leaving a glut of perfect-condition items to someday arrive on the secondary market. They are often difficult to value with current prices because sales are infrequent due to their small production runs.

Disney no longer partners with eBay on auctions or has its own dutch auction site. Auctions were moved to the Disney online shopping site, but no auction information is available on that site either. Props, cells, and actual park memorabilia auctions are typically handled by third-party auctioneers. Values from auction sites can vary widely because of the unpredictability of the audience for each auction.
