These were made in the 1990s, similar to a cottage industry is how it was described to me. The small company making the jars would put decals on the jars, specifically made for the Indian Casinos that ordered the jar. I believe they were made in Wisconsin, but not 100% sure.
Also available were matching banks and salt and peppers.
This particular jar was done with the company logo, instead of the casino logos.
