If Christmas decorating has been a little hard on your glass ornaments, find a way to re-use them!
Many folks will use broken Christmas ornaments in a wreath, but I decided to play around and see what else could be done with the glass pieces.
I purchased an inexpensive mirror with a flat frame from Big Lots for $5, gathered the glass ornaments, a lot of hot glue and got to work.
Although the mirror is on display, I'm on the lookout for a great looking trim cord to add around the outside edges of the frame to protect against any sharp edges that may extend past the edges.
WARNING:
- The sharp edges on the glass and mirror can be dangerous to the touch. BE CAREFUL and keep away from children.
- Be sure to wear gloves and safety glasses when working with this project.
