Press Release: Peach Cobbler Murder

By Barbara Crews, About.com

Feb 23 2005
Peach Cobbler Murder, by Joanne Fluke, is the seventh entry in her nationally best-selling Hannah Swensen Mystery series. Even though it's well below zero in Lake Eden, Minnesota, Hannah's partner, Lisa Herman, and her fiance, Herb Beeseman, have their love to keep them warm. There's nothing more romantic than a Valentine's Day wedding and the whole town has been invited. It's a gorgeous ceremony and lively reception, but the potluck dessert buffet is the real killer. When one of the guests fails to show up with the peach cobbler she claims is "to die for," it turns out she's done just that. Hannah is first on the murder scene, and the amateur sleuth and professional cookie baker has her own unique recipe for solving the crime.
