The M & M Company has become as prolific as Coke when it comes to new cookie jars. In the past year I've discovered numerous versions of the M & M characters made into jars.

• About a year ago the M & M (mail) catalog featured a large bag of Yellow M & M Bag "Caught in the Act", the jar is sculpted in 3D detail and is $43. It has also shown up in this years catalog -- but not on their website.
• It was springtime in Las Vegas for us and, as always, a trip to the M & M World store was in order. At this time I found a large blue crock jar with the characters sculpted around the jar. The store also had a red, white and blue crock jar -- with M & M's made into an American flag.
• This fall it was a surprise to see seasonal M & M jars. First there were four different little character jars dressed up for Halloween. These are around six inches and under $10. each.
• Then another seasonal jar was found at a department store -- a haunted mansion jar with M & M characters peeking out the windows. This jar screeched (literally!) when the lid was lifted and is sure to be a favorite in the years to come.
• Onto the Christmas season and, no, the company did not disappoint me. So far I've found an M & M Christmas tree, Large individual character jars, medium size individual character jars, individual cylinder jars in different colors and another light blue crock with the characters cooking around it.
• There are other M & M jars that are also available including a brown bag of M & M's, a yellow bag of M & M's and at least three different versions of larger character jars in the different candy colors. I also believe there is another M & M jar out -- a holiday house -- but I've not found it yet.
