A Peek at 2002, from College Treasures
Living in Oklahoma, without a major sports franchise, to say college sports are very important would be an understatement! In fact as I write this feature, there is a huge football game going on and that is all anyone can talk about in the state -- and it's not even here. But these great school mascots won't only appeal to the sports fans, but to any fan or alumni of the universities below. You won't go wrong with giving one of these treasures as a gift or, even better, buying one for yourself. And since we are in Oklahoma, a hot bed of College sports, rivaleries and traditions, whenever Glenn Lewis comes out with a new university product in his College Treasures line, he knows to call me and let me know about it. So we are all getting an early peek at these new goodies that will be introduced at the January markets and should start appearing in the retail stores in March 2002.

I love these new items for 2002! I must admit my favorites are the porcelain candy jars, I had a chance to look at a prototype a few months ago and was very impressed. The quality is excellent and when I was told the retail price would be around $20. I was even more impressed. Any of above items will make great and relatively inexpensive gifts for your favorite fan of college sports or alumni. All four items will be available for each school listed.
