 This jar is one of my favorite 'summer' jars as well as this recipe. This is a easy cake to make for last minute company and the ingredients are always on hand. |

Unexpected Company Dessert

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter, melted 2 eggs 1 8oz. package cream cheese |
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs 3 cups powdered sugar |

Mix cake mix with butter and 2 eggs. Press into 2 9" greased and floured cake pans. Combine cream cheese, vanilla, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Spread on top of batter in pans. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. | |
