Here's How:
- Print a copy of screen shot as soon as auction is completed.
- Make sure copy shows picture of item and completed price.
- Email seller to confirm purchase and shipping address.
- Find out what payment methods seller requests, e.g. money orders or checks.
- If item is fragile, offer to pay for extra bubble wrap.
- Make sure payment includes insurance.
- Print a copy of email from seller and send along with payment.
- Notify seller that payment has been sent and request notification when it has been received.
- Thank seller when item is received in good condition and be sure to leave feedback.
- Keep copy of auction price and picture for inventory and insurance purposes.
- If it is absolutely necessary to send cash, send it registered mail.
- Always send along description of item as well as auction number.
