Upper Deck is ready to tip-off the fast-approaching 2003-04 NBA season with its latest trading card offer: Victory Basketball. Sporting an all-new look and game-play element this year, Victory Basketball gives collectors a first-hand look at this year's exciting crop of talented rookies including LeBron James, Darko Milicic and Carmelo Anthony.
"The 'Rookie Orientation' subset cards of up-and-comers like LeBron, Darko and Carmelo will certainly create excitement for collectors," says Upper Deck Basketball Product Manager Karvin Cheung. "And, of course, the sequentially numbered parallel cards of these players is sure to pique their interest."
There are 100 regular player cards in the set and a special, 1-of-1 parallel subset collection of each of the regular player cards including NBA mainstays such as Michael Jordan, Paul Pierce, Reggie Miller, Dirk Nowitzki, Jason Kidd and Tim Duncan.
Upper Deck's 2003-04 Victory Basketball hits store shelves this month with a suggested retail price of just 99 cents per pack. The complete list of subsets and their sequentially numbered parallels follow below:
