February 2003 Sale

To celebrate Black History Month we are featuring rare African American music collectibles at our February show and sale. Thousands of LPs, 45rpm and 78rpm records, plus sheet music photographs, posters, books and booklets and miscellaneous items related to African American History will be available. Items are from 1800s to 1980s.

There are comedy albums of Richard Pryor, Redd Foxx, Moms Mabley, jazz of Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, John Coltrane, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, rhythm and blues of King Curtis, Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson, posters of Miles Davis, Bird & Diz, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday, sheet music of Nat "King" Cole, Savannah Churchill and much more. Photographs of The Del Vikings, Fats Domino, Sonny Rollins, B. B. King et al.

Records categories include jazz, R & B, soul, blues, comedy, spoken word, gospel and spirituals, soundtracks, Latin, big bands, bebop, theatre music, folk, country, pop, opera, classical, world music, sweet bands, tv-radio, New Orleans and more. 10,000 records in all.
