Ginny Wolfe began collecting M & Ms memorabilia when she saved the different toppers and at the beginning put them on their Christmas tree. Later she decided to display the toppers throughout the year.

Many times toppers are the first thing someone might begin to collect. For instance, during the holidays you might be shopping in a supermarket store and find a candy tube with an M & M figure on the top. The top is called a topper. At times the topper has a string attached and this item could be used as a tree ornament.

Currently there are more than 465 different toppers worldwide.
