Ginny Wolfe has been an avid collector of M & M items for about twelve years. It was an innocent little topper that started her collecting journey. She thought it was really cute, it could be hung on the Christmas tree PLUS you even got to eat the candy! That was about 400 toppers ago, with apparently no end in sight.

And although Ginny admits to having about 400 toppers -- that's the only number she mentions -- "I don't count my items, it doesn't matter to me how many I have". Suffice it to say that she has a LOT and was recently featured in a Press Release from M & M Candy in a short video.

The Wolfes are founding members of The M & M's Collectors Club, Ginny is currently serving as President and Dan is the webmaster for the club web site. The Wolfe family doesn't limit themselves to M & M stuff -- they have thirty-five years of Campbell Soups collecting under their belt (filling a guest bedroom). Husband Dan specializes, and fills another bedroom, with Hershey tins and toppers. And an occasional Kool-Aid item.

Where do you find all your collectibles?
I do the usual shopping at Walmart, Target, local pharmacy for items, but I also go to the flea markets and antique malls. Through the club I have made many friend with collectors in other countries, so I do a lot of trading with people. I get pieces from Australia, Europe, Mexico, Canada, Poland, etc.

And the most exotic place?
I only have one thing from Italy, so that's pretty exotic for me. It's the only thing from Italy I've ever found. It's a plastic Easter egg. Similar to a L'Eggs egg. The huge (6" approx) egg was covered in chocolate and inside the plastic shell was an M & M character on a skateboard.

I also have a set of stacking tins from Thailand -- about 9" tall. When stacked the tins made a rainbow!

Do you find a lot of your items on the Internet?
I've bought a little bit on eBay, but not a lot.
