Press Release

Christopher Radko began designing and producing holiday ornaments of the highest quality eighteen years ago. His designs are renowned for their beauty and craftsmanship, and millions have purchased his work. Christopher uses his success to benefit others and illuminate the spirit of Christmas.

Eleven years ago, Christopher designed an ornament to benefit AIDS research, A Shy Rabbit’s Heart. Since then, his creations have raised more than $5,000,000 for dozens of organizations nationwide. This year Christopher has designed five special new ornaments to benefit a variety of causes.

A Gift for Giving is Christopher’s eleventh in a series of ornaments to that raise funds for AIDS education, research, and care. Santa Claus bursts forth from a wreath of holly carrying gifts, including one decorated with the red ribbon of AIDS awareness.

Shining Hope is the sixth annual ornament created by Christopher Radko to raise funds for charities nationwide that conduct and support breast cancer research. Shining Hope’s charming angel carries a bouquet of roses wrapped in the pink ribbon used to promote breast cancer awareness. Christmas Making Magic conjures up memories of the Christmases of our youth. A young child in pajamas is surrounded by gifts of all kinds. Christmas Making Magic is Christopher’s tenth annual ornament to support organizations that seek a cure for cancer in children.

For all the hep cats and dogs out there, Christopher has designed Cool Yule, his fourth ornament benefiting organizations that care for and support the animal population. A fabulous feline and a cool canine play guitar and bass on this sparkling ornament.

Onward Christmas Soldier, a toy soldier and horse ornament, is the latest benefiting The Christopher Radko Foundation for Children. The foundation supports various children’s charitable organizations around the world, and in particular supports the operations of The Polish Children’s Home, an orphanage in the countryside near one of the workshops where Christopher’s ornaments are made.

Christopher Radko is dedicated to using his success to help others: “The holidays are about connecting with people we care about, reliving old memories and creating new ones. It is also about sensing our greater connection with all mankind, and remembering those in need. It is gratifying that my ornaments can contribute not just as works of art, but also as works of heart.”
