Although the deal hasn't closed yet (June 1), the good news is that Det Merryman, of the Merrymac Collection, is purchasing the company. Merryman is quoted in The Journal Record: "The deal will close Friday and we hope to have the factory store opened Saturday".

Production of the Merrymac ceramic dog line will be moved to Frankoma, but Merryman has promised the continuation of Frankoma products.
