The past few months have been more than crazy in the Crews household. And although we are in the midst of the dog days of summer, it's also time to look ahead to the cooler fall months and the upcoming holidays. Yes, I really said that. Time to get ready for the upcoming holidays. It might mean booking a trip or planning a drive one of the juried Halloween shows, checking the latest Christmas merchandise from a favorite designer or coming up with a few new display ideas for your holiday collections.At our annual Christmas party we have a theme that will also carry over into the seasonal decorations and collection displays. Without giving too much away, this year's theme will be Snow in Oklahoma. And all the snowmen ornaments, decorations and collections will be coming out of the closets and on display, a few new things will be added in, including some amazing new chalkware pieces and perhaps a tree or two covered in snowflake ornaments.
