It`s “Jaw Harp” , as a young boy I had one in the 60`s . It was tough on the teeth !

It is a mouth harp. My husband plays one all the time. We have one in our cabinet.
They’re popular with Irish musicians, too!
It is definitely a Jews/jaws harp used in country or folk music.
My grandmother called it a “mouth harp” and she was pretty good at playing it.
