2882 LEGO Bricks = Interesting Summer Project

Another collectible (that's also a toy) for kids are LEGOs. Don't think they're collectible? Check out the prices for older sets or mini-figures. I first saw this LEGO Statue of Liberty set several years ago at the retail price of around $200. I didn't buy it then, but when I saw it at a local flea market for $40. it was quickly snatched up.

Now it's time to beat the summer heat, staying in the AC, while building the Statue of Liberty. It's going to take several weeks to complete it, as it has to fit into other summer activities, but she is already taking shape.
