Garage Sale Time and Tips

Tag sale, Yard sale, Garage sale -- they all mean about the same thing, it just depends on where you live. Here in Oklahoma it's Garage Sale and it's certainly that time again. I don't have as much time to shop the sales as I once did, but still like to get out and see what I can find. We also have a yearly sale when I go through the house and clean it up a bit, as well as paring down some stuff I don't want to put on eBay. This year we'll be having our sale in May, so I've already been filling up boxes and gathering up the goodies for the sale.

If you're planning on having your own sale, check out the great tips on the forum. There were several ideas that I tried at my last sale, such as advertising all items would be half-price at a certain time. It worked great and did bring people back later in the day.
