Suspicious eMail from eBay

Thursday August 7, 2003
If you have an eBay ID, it's most likely you've either gotten or will get a suspicious letter from eBay. It looks very official, but wants you to respond with a credit card number or bank account information. I'm sure you know by now not to ever, NEVER, give out a credit card information via an email response. Check out the eBay Discussion board for more, official information on suspicious emails, what to do, where to forward it and steps to take to protect your credit and accounts. eBay Statements
